How can I determine what version of firmware is installed?

There are several ways:

Turn on printer and when it boots up it will display firmware version
From the printer control panel, press Menu button -> press Right Arrow until you get to Information -> press Down Arrow twice
Using Status Monitor, click on Information Tab, then Status Display
